Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting & admin operations (petty cash, budgets, P&L, balance sheet).
Handle invoicing, collections, imports, purchasing, staff & government dealings.
Manage local staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and gym operations.
Ensure compliance, prepare financial reports, and control expenses.
Assist GM with overall operations & team management.
Requirements
5–10 years’ experience in accounting (hotel/real estate industry preferred).
Proficiency in Tally, MS Office & financial reporting.
Strong leadership, negotiation & multitasking skills.
Fluent in English (French an advantage).
Age 22–42, physically fit, proactive, honest, and motivated.
Must relocate to Congo for a long-term career opportunity.
