Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals (Indian & international cuisine preferred).
Ensure food quality, taste, and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Manage grocery/food stock and plan meals accordingly.
Follow safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a cook (hotel/restaurant/industrial kitchen).
Knowledge of Indian, continental, and basic African dishes is an advantage.
Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and serve multiple people.
Honest, reliable, and flexible.
