Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals (Indian & international cuisine preferred).

  • Ensure food quality, taste, and timely service.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

  • Manage grocery/food stock and plan meals accordingly.

  • Follow safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a cook (hotel/restaurant/industrial kitchen).

  • Knowledge of Indian, continental, and basic African dishes is an advantage.

  • Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Ability to work independently and serve multiple people.

  • Honest, reliable, and flexible.
