Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end shop operations (sales, warehouse, inventory, marketing).
Promote and sell gym equipment and supplements to clients.
Manage advertising campaigns, including social media marketing.
Visit clients and build strong customer relationships.
Supervise and guide a small team (2 staff).
Ensure smooth daily operations and overall business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (sports, gym equipment, supplements preferred).
Strong sales, marketing, and client relationship skills.
Knowledge of social media advertising & digital promotions.
Hands-on, self-motivated, and capable of managing all aspects of the business.
Good leadership and team management abilities.
