Job Summary
We are hiring an energetic and target-driven Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell pharmaceutical products in Sitapur, Bahraich, and Gonda. The role involves meeting doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to drive prescriptions, ensure product availability, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stockists.
- Organize product presentations, group meetings, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and therapeutic segments.
